This historic building in Boston’s fashionable Back Bay neighborhood was built in 1925 and restored in 2008 as 16 exclusive residences. It’s a classic Federalist revival jewel in the heart of one of Boston’s most architecturally significant areas.

The interior restorations include many historically accurate period details. The homes are filled with light and a gracious sense of space. We worked to subtly amplify that luxurious dignity with finishes, materials and colors that are both fully in the present moment, and yet complementary of the setting’s heritage.
